If you have: **Education:** Industrial, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field. **Minimum** 1 year of experience in continuous improvement projects or production processes. **Knowledge:** Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, process analysis, quality control, industrial safety. Your mission will be: To identify, develop, and implement continuous improvement projects that optimize manufacturing processes, increase productivity, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. **Key responsibilities:** * Analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement. * Develop and implement projects using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies. * Measure and monitor productivity, quality, waste, and efficiency metrics. * Track savings generated by implemented projects.
