### **Summary** ~ Support Novartis Group CEO and Executive Committee strategic business projects, with primary responsibilities centered on maximizing economic value and securing future competitive advantage. ~ Support Senior Strategy Managers and Directors on key Novartis products in major markets. ~ Achieve significantly greater performance improvements than product-level initiatives alone. ~ Deliver substantially greater financial returns to Novartis based on the above. ### **About the Role** Major Accountabilities ~ Manage the Novartis Strategy Community. The Project Manager coordinates with the department’s strategy team and plans/organizes regular meetings. Additionally, they handle project scoping, content development, stakeholder management, insight generation, and preparation of outputs enabling data-driven decision-making. ~ Prepare regular exchanges of views among community members—for example, independent organization of the annual strategy offsite meeting (including agenda, speakers, etc.). ~ Ensure transparent communication within the departmental strategy team. ~ Support managers’ and directors’ project work and consult with subject-matter experts throughout all project phases. ~ Collaborate closely with stakeholders at country, functional, and global levels, aligned with each project or initiative’s specifications. ~ Independently monitor project milestones and operational completion. ~ Support Strategic Leads for large-scale, cross-departmental, cross-functional, and cross-country strategic projects. Take ownership of all project components and guarantee their successful delivery. ~ Actively apply project management methodologies; provide change management support and appropriate communication for projects and initiatives. ~ Report technical complaints / adverse events / special cases related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt. ~ Distribute marketing samples (where applicable).
