The ideal candidate will serve as a key facilitator between management and branches, ensuring operational efficiency, supporting branch executives through advisory services, and developing staff—proactive, with strong leadership skills. **Key Responsibilities** Supervision: Conduct targeted branch audits to ensure compliance with processes, policies, branch image standards, and maintenance requirements. Operational Management: Verify proper handling of petty cash, billing, reimbursable expenses; perform cash audits; and monitor completion and submission of operational forms. Training and Development: Train new branch employees, reinforcing company policies and procedures. Planning and Strategy: Develop and monitor action plans to improve performance of branches under supervision. Logistics and Procurement: Place purchase orders to ensure branches have necessary materials for daily operations.
