**Account Manager Jr. – IT Industry / Film** About the company We are a technology company focused on the film industry, supporting cinema chains and independent theaters in managing their operations to deliver memorable cinematic experiences. **What will you do?** * Serve as the main point of contact with clients, understanding their needs and providing timely solutions. * Monitor and manage the key account portfolio, driving customer satisfaction and retention. * Guide clients in using our applications and software, ensuring optimal utilization. * Manage projects from scope definition to successful delivery. * Negotiate and follow up on budgets for licenses, subscriptions, and services. * Stay updated on new product features and communicate them to clients. * Support resolution of basic technical issues, escalating cases when necessary. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in IT, Administration, Business, Operations, or equivalent experience. * Minimum of 1 year in customer service and/or project management. * Intermediate English (B2), capable of understanding and holding conversations in the language (at an intermediate level). * Strong oral and written communication skills, with excellent spelling. * Analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Familiarity with programming technical terminology (desirable). * Professional presentation and service-oriented attitude.
