Job stability and an excellent working environment At **Campos Living**, we are looking for a committed and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a **Payroll Officer**. ✅ **Job Requirements** * Proven experience in payroll processing. * Proficiency in **NOMIPAQ** (mandatory). * Up-to-date knowledge of: * **IMSS, INFONAVIT, IDSE, SUA, REPSE** * Calculation of severance payments, vacation entitlements, integrated salaries, and payroll tax * Labor reforms and tax obligations * Advanced Excel skills. * Recent training courses in labor law, social security, and INFONAVIT (preferred). **Main Responsibilities** * Preparation and electronic stamping of weekly/biweekly payroll * Employee registration, termination, and modifications with IMSS * Preparation of employer-employee contributions (IMSS and INFONAVIT) * Calculation and administration of severance payments and vacation entitlements * Submission of occupational risk premium * Monthly reconciliation of expenses versus accounting records * Distribution of stamped pay slips and payroll disbursement * Handling and resolution of inquiries and requests from relevant institutions **We Offer**: * Competitive salary * Job stability * Excellent working environment * Fixed schedule, Monday through Friday * Montebello neighborhood Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 \- $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Complimentary uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
