Job Summary: We are seeking an accounting professional with experience in payroll processing, tax calculations, incident management, and the use of accounting systems. Key Highlights: 1. Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting 2. Knowledge of payroll calculation and regulations (ISR, IMSS/INFONAVIT) 3. Proficiency in accounting systems (COMPAQi Payroll) and Excel **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 3 years of experience * Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field * Knowledge of payroll processing: ISR, IMSS/INFONAVIT, and SUA * Experience in employee onboarding, offboarding, and salary modifications * Knowledge of processing incidents, severance payments, and liquidations * Payroll calculation and electronic stamping (timbrado) * Knowledge of verifying monthly and annual ISR calculations * Management of disability leaves * Experience in calculating special payrolls such as year-end bonus (aguinaldo) and profit-sharing (PTU), including exempt and taxable portions * Generation of employer provision reports * Knowledge of conducting financial projections * Experience with systems (COMPAQi Payroll) * Intermediate and/or advanced Excel skills **COMPETENCIES** * High sense of confidentiality * Ability to work under pressure * Frustration tolerance Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $15,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
