




Job Summary: A payroll professional responsible for payroll preparation and calculation, severance payments, labor taxes, and withholding analysis, ensuring accurate accounting records and regulatory compliance. Experience in calculation and filing of labor-related taxes **Job Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration Minimum 2 years’ verifiable payroll experience Experience managing HR records for over 3,000 employees Advanced proficiency in Excel, payroll systems, IMSS, and Infonavit Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, Income Tax (ISR), IMSS, and Infonavit. **Job Responsibilities:** Preparation and calculation of weekly, biweekly, monthly, and special payroll runs. Calculation of severance payments, settlements, vacation pay, employee onboarding and offboarding, and profit-sharing. Calculation and filing of labor-related taxes such as IMSS, Infonavit, and Payroll Tax. Analysis and control of additional withholdings including Fonacot, alimony, among others. Payroll disbursement and issuance of CFDI (Digital Fiscal Receipts). Accounting recording of payroll and determination of Work Risk Premium. **Additional Benefits and Perks:** Monthly net salary of $20,000 Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM Statutory benefits.
