Position Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Payroll Specialist with experience in accounting firms or outsourcing services, responsible for the full payroll process and general accounting. Calculation and filing of payroll-related taxes and severance payments AT GRUPO MOTIVA, WE ARE SEEKING: **ACCOUNTING PAYROLL SPECIALIST – EXPERIENCE IN ACCOUNTING FIRMS OR OUTSOURCING** **REQUIREMENTS:** Minimum 3 years’ experience performing the following activities: · Managing the complete payroll process and its implications. · Knowledge of General Accounting, focused on Payroll. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Administration (in progress or completed). Proficiency in CONTPAQi Intermediate–Advanced Excel **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Preparation of biweekly and monthly payroll (employees and honoraria). Proficiency in payroll outsourcing (maquila). Proficiency in REPSE. Generation and review of bank disbursement layouts. Calculation and filing of payroll-related taxes. Handling platforms such as IDSE and SUA for affiliation transactions (hires, terminations, salary adjustments). Tracking and managing employee incidents (HOLIDAYS AND DISABILITIES). Reconciliations with the SUA system. Calculation of severance payments and settlements according to law. Calculation of PTU, Christmas bonus (aguinaldo), and annual adjustments. Preparation of the monthly staff roster. Submission of the occupational risk premium to IMSS (ST7 and ST2). Knowledge of REPSE (STPS), CSOE (IMSS), SISUB (INFONAVIT), CONTPAQi SUA, Payroll CFDI 4.0, IMSS/INFONAVIT/FONACOT, Federal Labor Law (LFT) (vacations, PTU, overtime), UMA vs. SMG, and integration of benefits into SDI.
