




Job Summary: Support the preparation, review, and control of payroll, ensuring accurate calculations and compliance with legal obligations in HR. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assistance in preparing and calculating weekly and/or biweekly payroll 2. Addressing and clarifying staff questions related to payroll 3. Compliance with internal policies and current labor regulations **Job Objective:** Support the preparation, review, and control of staff payroll, ensuring accurate calculation of earnings, deductions, and compliance with legal obligations, thereby contributing to the effective operation of the Human Resources department. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in preparing and calculating weekly and/or biweekly payroll. * Record and update attendance incidents (absences, tardiness, overtime, disabilities, vacations). * Monitor and manage employee terminations and salary adjustments with IMSS. * Review payroll slips and assist in their distribution. * File and maintain personnel records. * Address and clarify staff questions regarding their payroll. * Support administrative reporting for the department. * Comply with internal policies and current labor regulations.
