Opportunity for professional development in a proactive, team-oriented environment Payroll Assistant **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for personnel payment * Accurate payroll data entry * Pre-payroll review * Voucher review * Recording of medical leaves, loans, and vacations * Handling of personnel incidents * Registration and payment of child support pensions * Verification of expenses and invoices * Organization and logistics of staff events * Supplies and uniform inventory control * Meeting and conference schedule management * Follow-up on IMSS forms (ST-7, ST-2, ST-4) **Requirements:** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field Flexible working hours Strong numerical aptitude Proactive attitude Excellent customer service skills Teamwork orientation Emotional self-control Knowledge of SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT **We Offer:** Base salary: $9,870.00 MXN per month (gross) Food vouchers: $1,400.00 MXN per month (initial) Benefits exceeding statutory requirements.
