Involvia has an opening for a Payroll Analyst to guarantee accurate calculation and payment of employee payroll, in compliance with current labor regulations Responsibilities: * Prepare and process biweekly and monthly payrolls. * Validate attendance incidents: attendance, tardiness, absences, disabilities, and leaves. * Calculate salaries, earnings, deductions, and applicable taxes. * Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications in IMSS and related platforms. * Generate stamped payroll receipts and accounting reports. * Ensure compliance with current labor and tax obligations. * Provide employee support regarding payroll-related questions or clarifications. * Support internal and external audits as required.
