Management of procedures at IMSS **PRESTIGIOUS TECHNOLOGY COMPANY SEEKING DUE TO GROWTH:** **PAYROLL ANALYST** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree or current candidate in Accounting or Business Administration (LAE) * Minimum age: 28 years old * **Minimum 2 years’ experience managing a payroll of over 500 employees; retail industry experience preferred** * Must reside no more than 1 hour and 20 minutes from the work location **Desirable 2 years’ experience in:** * Payroll preparation (regular and special). * Handling IMSS, INFONAVIT, and INFONACOT procedures. * Control and tracking of employee onboarding, offboarding, salary adjustments, medical leaves, completion of ST-7 form, and IMSS procedures. * Knowledge of variable calculations is desirable * Vacation tracking * Intermediate Excel skills **Note: A knowledge assessment and Excel test will be administered** **WE OFFER** * $15,000 gross monthly salary * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:20 am – 7:00 pm; Friday, 8:20 am – 3:00 pm; weekends off (Saturdays and Sundays) * Statutory benefits from the first day of employment * Food vouchers * Positive work environment **Interested candidates must apply through this channel; if your profile matches, you will be contacted shortly via WhatsApp and/or phone for an in-person interview** Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company phone * Food vouchers Work location: On-site employment
