### **Payroll Analyst** **Work Mode:** On-site. La Paz area **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00–18:00 hrs. Join our team and develop your career in a stable environment! ### **Requirements** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. * Demonstrable experience in payroll processes. * Proficiency in payroll ERP systems (CONTPAQi is mandatory). * Employee support and payroll clarification handling. * Experience managing high-volume payroll operations. * Advanced Excel skills. * Up-to-date knowledge of: Federal Labor Law (LFT), Income Tax Law (LISR), Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), National Workers’ Housing Fund Institute (INFONAVIT), and National Workers’ Consumer Credit Fund (FONACOT); Minimum Wage (SMV), Unit of Measurement and Update (UMA), and Unit of Investment (UMI). * Familiarity with platforms: SUA, IDSE, SIPARE, Virtual Desktop, and REPSE. ### **Responsibilities** * Downloading and validating worked hours (biometric and other methods). * Incident tracking and management. * Preparation of preliminary and final weekly and biweekly payrolls. * Calculation of year-end bonus (aguinaldo), severance payments (finiquitos), settlements (liquidaciones), Special Payroll Tax (ISN), risk premium (prima de riesgo), and Profit-Sharing Bonus (PTU). * Vacation, savings fund, and benefits administration. * Management of food and gasoline vouchers. * Handling and follow-up on payroll clarifications. * Generation, download, and distribution of payroll receipts (PDF and XML). ### **We Offer** * **Salary: $13,000 net monthly** * Food vouchers * Savings fund * Statutory benefits Contact us via this channel or WhatsApp **222 584 9124**
