




Position Summary: Administer payroll, social security, invoicing, and tax compliance processes, ensuring timely fulfillment of obligations and management of government procedures. Department: Administration / Human Resources / Accounting Reports to: Human Resources Department / Administrative Department Position Objective: Accurately administer the company’s payroll, social security, invoicing, and tax compliance processes, ensuring timely payment of obligations to authorities such as SAT, IMSS, and INFONAVIT, as well as managing government procedures and compliance with labor regulations such as REPSE. Responsibilities – Payroll Administration * Calculation of weekly, biweekly, or monthly payroll. * Digital stamping of payroll receipts (CFDI 4.0). * Management of attendance incidents (absences, vacations, medical leaves, overtime). * Calculation of severance payments and final settlements. * Control and safekeeping of employee files. Social Security * Employee registration, termination, and salary modifications in IMSS via IDSE. * Calculation of employer–employee contributions using SUA. * Generation of SIPARE payment reference lines. * Application and control of INFONAVIT loan deductions. * Monitoring of medical leaves and workplace risks. Invoicing and Administration * Issuance of electronic invoices (CFDI 4.0). * Control and tracking of issued invoices. * Support in administrative reconciliations. Job Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll, social security, and tax compliance. * Demonstrable experience with SUA, IDSE, SIPARE, and INFONAVIT. * Experience in tax declarations and tax provision calculations. * Proficiency in electronic invoicing (CFDI 4.0). * REPSE experience is desirable.
