Job Summary: We are seeking a General Physician to perform diagnoses, treatments, minimally invasive procedures, and clinical record management, with a focus on chronic degenerative and acute conditions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform diagnosis and treatment at the primary care level. 2. Treat a broad spectrum of acute or chronic diseases. 3. Perform minimally invasive procedures and follow-up on medical conditions. Grupo Cantec has 20 years of experience in the BPO, Contact Center, and collections industry, with offices in Mexico, Ecuador, Guatemala, Argentina, and the Dominican Republic. Currently, in collaboration with Grupo Walmart, Superama, and Bodega Aurrera, we are recruiting General Physicians for clinics. We offer: * Net monthly salary of $14,000 * Punctuality and attendance bonus of $6,000 * Statutory benefits from day one * Fully equipped clinics located in strategic areas * Professional and organized work environment Responsibilities: * Perform diagnosis and provide pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatment for conditions corresponding to primary care level. * Perform minimally invasive procedures, such as wound dressings or suture removal. * Treat and monitor chronic degenerative conditions such as Diabetes Mellitus or Systemic Arterial Hypertension. * Conduct clinical history taking, complete clinical files, issue digital prescriptions, perform physical examinations, and issue medical certificates. * Treat a broad spectrum of acute or chronic diseases. * Manage medications and supplies for the first-aid kit and wound care materials. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in General Medicine / Medical Doctor and Surgeon * Valid professional license and registration ID * Minimum of 1 year of experience practicing as a physician * Valid and up-to-date documentation Work Locations: * Monterrey, Nuevo León (San Pedro Garza García, N.L.). * Monterrey, Nuevo León (General Escobedo, N.L.). * Monterrey, Nuevo León (Guadalupe, N.L.).
