




**Job Requirements** * Record accounting entries: revenues, expenses, journal entries, and subsidiary ledgers. * Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements. * Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations. * Fixed assets control, depreciation, and amortization. * Support for monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. * Calculate and file tax returns: Income Tax (ISR), Value Added Tax (IVA), withholding taxes, and other applicable taxes. * Prepare tax working papers. * Knowledge of cost accounting topics. * Compliance with state and municipal obligations (e.g., payroll tax). * Verification and proper electronic stamping (timbrado) of CFDIs related to invoices and payroll. * Respond to tax audits and external audits. **Job Responsibilities** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (degree completion preferred). * 3 to 5 years of experience in general accounting. * Proven experience handling taxes. * Experience processing payroll. * Familiarity with the Income Tax Law (Ley del ISR), Value Added Tax Law (Ley del IVA), IMSS, INFONAVIT, and labor legislation. * Proficiency in accounting systems (COI, CONTPAQi, SAE, or equivalent ERP). * Experience with payroll systems (CONTPAQi, NOI, Nomipaq, or similar). * Advanced Excel skills. * Competencies in analytical thinking, organization, attention to detail, confidentiality, problem solving, working under pressure, effective communication, and results orientation.
