




Job Summary: Provide administrative and operational support to Commercial Management and Operations, managing payments, records, and various support tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Accounting and financial administration ### **Objective:** **Provide support to the Commercial Management and Operations Department** ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Calculate payments for temporary staff * Record and control petty cash * Make monthly bank deposits * Make deposits requested by management * Make deposits to suppliers * Process payroll changes * Maintain adequate cash balance in petty cash * Tabulate staff overtime hours * Process overtime payments to staff * Maintain records of personal loans requested by employees * Collect personal loans requested by employees * Receive promissory notes * Monitor payments made against employees’ personal loans * Prepare American Express invoices for both companies * Generate fleet maintenance reports for vans * Purchase first-aid and emergency supplies for staff areas * Pay property rent for management * Process fixed payments * Organize company events * Organize employee birthday celebrations ### **Requirements:** * Knowledge of Administration * Accounting and petty cash management * Finance ### **We Offer:** ### **Salary:** **$12,000** **(gross monthly)** ### **Statutory benefits (effective from Day 1)** ### **Working Hours:** **Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (occasional Saturdays)** ### **100% On-site Work** ### **Location:** **Benito Juárez**
