We seek to bring on board an Executive Assistant to the Director who will become a key member of the firm: a person with sound judgment, strong presence, and the genuine ability to support operations alongside the Director.

The role:
This is not a conventional administrative position.
It is a strategic role requiring structure, operational intelligence, and the ability to represent the Director clearly, firmly, and professionally.
The person in this role will be responsible for maintaining order, coordinating the team, and ensuring that internal and external communications reflect the firm’s standards.

Key responsibilities
- Comprehensive, judgment-based management of the Director’s agenda (prioritization, control, and operational decision-making)
- Coordination of meetings with clients, suppliers, and internal team members
- Drafting and managing formal communications on behalf of the Director
- Timely and consistent follow-up on office and construction site pending items
- Document control and organization (presentations, quotations, files)
- Clear, structured, and firm transmission of instructions
- Information filtering and access control to the Director

Profile we seek
- Minimum 2–4 years’ experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
- Impeccable communication skills (oral and written)
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Firm, discreet, and professional demeanor
- Ability to anticipate issues, resolve them, and take initiative without constant supervision
- Excellent presence and client interaction skills
