





**Position objective:** Person responsible for the dynamics, organization, structure, and operation of the Nüra clinic. Likewise, for reception, attention, safety, and comfort of the specialists and patients visiting the facilities. **Main job responsibilities:** * Opening and closing of the clinic. * Managing the calendar to coordinate clinic hours, patient appointments, and specialist schedules. * Following up and confirming appointments via phone or WhatsApp. * Ensuring spaces are in good condition to receive specialists and patients. * Providing attention, clarifying inquiries, and following up on communications requested by management, patients, and specialists. * Constant communication and attendance at meetings called by management. * Receiving cash or transfer payments from patients or specialists (as applicable). * Tracking files, documents, reports, or records required by specialists and patients. * Reviewing and resolving urgent infrastructure needs. * Coordinating specialists, cleaning staff, and stationery storage. * Proactive participation in institutional events or innovative projects. **Education level:** Technical high school diploma or incomplete bachelor's degree. **Professional experience:** Minimum two years in administrative and logistics roles. **Skills and abilities:** * Assertive decision-making. * Quick response capability. * Communication skills. * Teamwork. * Administration. * Organization and proactivity.
