ERP, Office, basic finance, and banking portal operations Job Description: **Human Capital Assistant.** Support the organization’s administrative and human capital processes. **Location** Lerma, State of Mexico **Responsibilities:** * Contracts and pre-payroll processing * Workplace environment * Contract termination management * Staff final settlements (finiquitos) * Personnel administrative documentation and stationery control * Recruitment and selection * Proficiency in ERP and Office applications * Basic finance * Banking portal operations * Invoicing * Basic inventory knowledge **Requirements:** * Minimum technical degree in administration or related field * Minimum 1 year of experience **Benefits:** * Weekly salary * Statutory benefits **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00 hrs., and Saturday, 8:00–14:00 hrs.
