We seek a professional responsible for collecting, reviewing, and validating the necessary information for accurate staff payroll preparation, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal policies. Additionally, this person will support the operations area in travel allowance management and control, verifying proper documentation and recording of expenses. **Responsibilities** * Collect and validate staff incidents for pre-payroll preparation. * Validate employee onboarding and offboarding with HR. * Gather additional items (overtime hours or services). * Verify information accuracy prior to final payroll calculation. * Prepare and update reports related to pre-payroll. * Support the operations area in travel allowance administration, including request, control, validation, and expense tracking according to company policies. * Maintain order and control of files related to payroll and expenses. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in pre-payroll, preferably for operational staff. * Intermediate–Advanced Excel proficiency. * Experience with attendance controls or payroll systems (preferred). * High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
