Includes: The ADT alarm service is an intelligent security system monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by a central monitoring station, with the capability to notify authorities (police, fire department, etc.) in case of emergency. The transfer includes a remaining contract term of 18 months (as opposed to a new contract of 36 months). Internet service is required. Service and support are excellent. Only the monthly payment is required during the contract term; after expiration, the contract may be renewed or canceled.
