Manual transmissions. Preventive and corrective maintenance. Automotive mechanics and electrical technician with 3 to 5 years of experience in the position. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and monitor all mechanical aspects of the assigned plant’s fleet to ensure proper usage. * Manage vehicles entering and exiting the workshop for major or minor repairs. * Reduce vehicle turnaround time in the workshop for repairs. * Control and manage spare parts required for vehicle repairs. * Develop preventive and corrective maintenance programs for the fleet. * Provide support and guidance to drivers regarding vehicle care, usage, and reporting. * Possess expertise in and provide advisory support on gasoline and gas engines. **Competencies:** * Attention to detail. * Ability to work under pressure. * Teamwork. * Focus on achieving objectives. **Location: C.
