*Grupo Artec*, a company with nearly 100 years of experience in the automotive industry, is seeking a *Warranty Coordinator* for one of its dealerships located in the city of Durango: **Warranty Coordinator** **Key Responsibilities:** * Administer warranties * Verify part replacements, collect evidence, and monitor process timelines * Follow up on processes with customers and the plant, repairs, and work orders * *And other duties related to the position* **Education:** Completed bachelor’s degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Automotive Mechanics, or a related field **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of experience—or basic knowledge—in warranty processes, preferably within the automotive industry; basic English proficiency, familiarity with warranty regulations, and digital skills.
