We are a leading packaging manufacturer actively seeking an analytical, organized, and leadership-oriented candidate to coordinate our Spare Parts Warehouse. What profile are we looking for? Education: Technical High School Diploma in economics or administrative fields. Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in similar roles within manufacturing environments. Essential Knowledge: Inventory control and handling (cyclic and monthly). Technical knowledge of hand tools and industrial spare parts. ERP system proficiency (SAP Hana / WMS Optipro preferred). Proficiency in G-Suite tools and 5S methodology. Your key responsibilities will include: Managing and ensuring timely supply of spare parts, tools, and supplies for operations. Supervising physical and system-based material receipt, verifying technical specifications. Ensuring accurate picking of production orders and work orders in the ERP system. Organizing, anticipating, and executing periodic physical inventories and area audits. Leading and coordinating assigned operational staff, promoting order, cleanliness (5S's), and safety (PPE usage).
