Ensure food is delivered timely and correctly. 2\. Train and supervise waitstaff 3\. Address customer complaints 4\. Greet, seat, serve, and attend to customers' requests 5\. Resolve issues occurring on the floor 6\. Verify cleanliness of assigned work area and perform other daily operational tasks ***Requirements:*** 1\. Minimum 3 years as Waitstaff Captain or Floor Supervisor 2\. Leadership: Ability to guide, motivate, and correct the service team. 3\. Skills: Excellent communication, strong sales ability (e.g., menu item recommendations), complaint handling, and decision-making 4\.
