




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to identify training needs, design and deliver courses, coordinate workshops, develop instructional materials, and measure the impact of training activities, while collaborating on strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Course and workshop design and delivery 2. Development of instructional materials and follow-up on training plans 3. Collaboration in strategic organizational development initiatives * Identify training needs through performance analysis, interviews, and operational reports. * Design and deliver in-person, virtual, or hybrid courses targeted at operational, administrative, and mid-level staff. * Coordinate logistics and execution of workshops, assessments, onboarding sessions, and internal training programs. * Develop supporting materials, presentations, manuals, and instructional content. * Measure the impact of training activities using evaluation tools and indicator monitoring. * Follow up on the implementation of individual training and development plans. * Collaborate on strategic initiatives such as workplace climate, leadership, and high-performance programs. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Human Resources, or a related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in training or organizational development. * Proficiency in training techniques, instructional tools, and andragogical methodologies. * Knowledge of diagnostic assessment, instructional design, competency-based training, and LMS platforms. * Intermediate proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and virtual training platforms. * Strong communication, analytical, creative, and focused skills.
