We are looking for our next: Maintenance Supervisor (after-sales) – Refrigeration Services If you are a visionary and ambitious individual who aims to earn through daily effort, and also aspire to professional development, highly motivated to work hard and advance — this is your place! Requirements: Graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field (degree preferred). Valid driver's license. Experience: Minimum 5 years in preventive and corrective maintenance of commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems, preferably in Retail (supermarkets), Traditional Channel (convenience stores), and Wholesale. Experience managing personnel. Full availability of time and willingness to travel is mandatory. Responsibilities: Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of commercial refrigeration systems. Customer follow-up and guidance. Results-oriented approach and timely problem resolution. Preparation of reports / KPIs. Inspection visits to self-service stores. Personnel / contractor / supplier management. Management and administration of spare parts and components inventory. Control of information and administrative processes. Quality process management.
