This position requires a high level of technical expertise in digital pattern making, proficiency in **Gerber**, and direct experience in developing, fitting, and validating patterns for women’s fashion lines. Main Responsibilities * Development of **multi-style digital patterns for women** using the Gerber system. * Technical pattern making for **jackets, trousers, corsets, and jumpsuits**. * Interpretation of sketches, technical specifications, and physical samples. * Creation of functional, production-ready patterns. * Preparation, review, and updating of technical specification sheets. * Preparation and follow-up of FIT samples and fit testing. * Pattern refinement, grading, and validation. * Adaptation of patterns to various fabric types. * Oversight of sample construction process until final approval. * Collaborative work with design and production departments.
