Job Summary: We are seeking a Strategic Senior Accounting Analyst to comprehensively manage accounting, finance, and tax functions, ensuring the company's financial health. Key Highlights: 1. We seek a professional with proven experience capable of defining management models and ensuring the company's fiscal and financial health. Main Responsibilities: Comprehensive Accounting Management: Define the company's accounting management model and ensure its proper daily operation. Taxation and Social Security (taxes, generation of payment reference numbers, procedures before SAT, and filings with IMSS/Infonavit). Payroll and Benefits: Comprehensive calculation of payroll, severance payments, settlements, and supervision of employer-employee contributions. Financial Analysis: Preparation, interpretation, and presentation of financial statements to management, financial forecasting, and profitability analysis. Internal Control and Auditing: Bank and accounting reconciliations; preparation of revenue, expense, and journal entries with strict adherence to Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF) and tax laws. Special Operations: Supervision of inventory and warehouse records; technical support and guidance to the accounting team. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting (Degree and Professional License mandatory). Experience: Minimum 3 years in General Accounting roles. Specialized Software: Advanced proficiency in Aspel SAE and NOI. Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of current tax laws, NIFs, IMSS procedures, and cash flow modeling.
