




**General Purpose of the Position** Drive Devatis’ growth by promoting our brands and establishing and consolidating business relationships with physicians, clinics, pharmacies, and hospitals to position and sell our products. The individual will be responsible for establishing and strengthening relationships with ophthalmology specialists and other healthcare professionals, presenting the laboratory’s therapeutic portfolio, and ensuring communication aligned with the clinical needs of the Mexican market. The ideal candidate must possess commercial skills, including strategic thinking, negotiation, customer prospecting, proficiency with digital tools, and the ability to identify growth opportunities. We seek results-oriented profiles with empathy toward specialists’ needs, capable of transforming clinical insights into value-driven messages that drive adoption, prescription, and loyalty toward the laboratory’s therapeutic solutions. **Promotional Activities in Medical Offices** · Adhere to the promotional marketing strategy: 9 physicians and 3 pharmacies per day. · Use visual aids within the CRM to promote products to ophthalmologists in your database. · Ensure appropriate delivery of medical samples to each physician according to their needs and prescribing potential, and report deliveries promptly and accurately in the CRM platform. · Report all information regarding our visit in the CRM on the same day of the medical visit. · Maintain a productive and verified physician universe by performing necessary updates, additions, and deletions within the CRM platform to ensure a validated and high-potential physician database. · Remain closely engaged to identify physicians’ needs for office materials and other requirements that support increased recognition and prescription of our products. **Promotional Activities in Pharmacies** · Ensure product availability at points of sale: pharmacies, hospital pharmacies, and pharmacy chains. · Ensure pharmacy sales representatives are knowledgeable about our products, indications, and advantages. · Encourage prescription channeling to points of sale within your territory and gradually increase available inventory. **Commercial Activities** · Generate prescriptions within medical offices and channel them to ensure fulfillment at hospital pharmacies, the physician’s own pharmacy, or nearby points of sale. *SELL OUT* · Generate orders to our distributors to replenish customer inventory and develop new distributors and customers. *SELL IN* · Submit daily *SELL IN* sales reports and upload them to the group platform. · Continue building strong relationships with resident physicians across various subspecialties. **Key Competencies** * **Strong Scientific Knowledge:** Understanding of ocular pathophysiology, basic pharmacology, and current therapies for ocular infections, glaucoma, and dry eye. * **Effective Scientific Communication:** Ability to clearly, ethically, and appropriately explain mechanisms of action, clinical evidence, and therapeutic differentiators tailored to each specialist’s level. * **Commercial and Strategic Skills:** Proficiency in marketing funnel management, negotiation, opportunity identification, and demand generation. * **Results Orientation:** Discipline in meeting KPIs, territory analysis, medical visit cycle management, and strategic follow-up. * **Clinical Empathy and Patient-Centered Focus:** Deep understanding of patients’ discomforts, symptoms, and concerns to connect these needs with the therapeutic value of treatments. * **Digital Competencies:** Proficiency in CRM systems, analytical tools, digital medical detailing platforms, and omnichannel communication. * **Strong Interpersonal Skills:** Building trust-based relationships with specialists, opinion leadership, and influencing capability without compromising medical rigor. * **Innovative Thinking and Adaptability:** A modern, disruptive approach to stand out in a competitive and evolving market. **Required Experience** * Minimum 5 years’ experience as a medical representative, preferably in ophthalmology or other specialty therapeutic areas. * Proven track record of achieving sales targets, expanding territory, and effectively managing commercial metrics. * Prior experience working with specialist physicians, ideally with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and in leading public and private hospitals. * Knowledge of the Mexican pharmaceutical market, including its regulations, dynamics, and commercial practices. * Desirable experience in product launches, omnichannel campaigns, or digital strategies for medical detailing. **Prospecting Activities** · Continuously map new physicians, pharmacies, clinics, and hospitals along your route. · Proactively seek alternative participation opportunities in forums, congresses, business lunches, and high-impact monthly meetings at ophthalmology teaching clinics and hospitals. **Skills** · Negotiation, self-management, self-discipline, time management, goal orientation, market analysis, customer relationship management. · Active participation in events. · Preparation of executive reports. · Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
