




Position Summary: We are seeking a Recruitment and Selection Analyst to attract operational and remote candidates, conduct interviews, and manage personnel files with proactive and self-directed skills. Personnel file development and background verification **RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION ANALYST** **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break); Saturday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. **Office Address**: Av. Las Cañadas No. 347, Col. Tres Marías. **REQUIREMENTS:** · Completed Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Business Administration (internship-completed or graduated). · Minimum 1 year of experience in the following activities: Operational profile recruitment Remote recruitment across different states (virtual) Effective candidate attraction via diverse recruitment channels Candidate attraction through social media Telephone \- video interviews Personnel file preparation and background verification **Skills:** Proactive Self-taught Strong verbal communication skills Positive attitude Results-oriented **BENEFITS:** · Base salary: $12,500 monthly **GROSS (before taxes)** · Bi-weekly payment · Benefits exceeding legal requirements from day one: IMSS.
