We operate **4 production plants**: * Apaxco, State of Mexico * Vizarrón, Querétaro * Tepeaca, Puebla * Gómez Palacio, Durango **Job Objective** Ensure the quality of adhesive and chemical products manufactured by the organization through the proper implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS), guaranteeing compliance with specifications, applicable regulations, and customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities** * Submit **payroll incidents** to the Quality Coordinator for validation and approval. * **Schedule production of chemical concentrates** in coordination with the Milling Supervisor. * Monitor the **Quality Management System**, ensuring the proper implementation of **corrective and preventive actions**, focused on root cause identification. * Prepare and report **internal rejections and reworks** to the Quality Coordinator for identification, classification, and control of **nonconforming product**. * Conduct **internal quality audits** and verify compliance with preventive and corrective actions derived from such audits. * Plan, organize, and control **continuous improvement processes**, ensuring alignment with and effectiveness of the QMS. * Actively participate with the quality team in **identifying improvement opportunities** to optimize, modify, or develop processes impacting product realization. * Coordinate and review **analysis and acceptance criteria** to define the quality status (approval or rejection) of: * Raw materials * Work-in-process * Finished product * Evaluate the **performance of personnel under supervision** based on **established KPIs**. * Supervise the **defined stock levels of raw materials and finished product** for the chemical production process. * Monitor the **rate of quality incidents and failures** in product or service, implementing necessary corrective measures. **Job Requirements** **Education:** Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related field. **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in quality roles within the **adhesive, chemical, or construction industry**.
