Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Operator/Picker for the pharmaceutical sector, responsible for material picking, line activities, and compliance with quality and safety standards. Position suited for responsible individuals with strong attention to detail. **PRODUCTION OPERATOR / PICKER – SOLIDS / POWDERS** **Location:** Tlalpan, CDMX **Employment Type:** Temporary (6 months) Join a leading company in the pharmaceutical consumer sector as a Production Operator / Picker in the solids and powders area. This position is critical to ensuring operational continuity through accurate material picking, execution of line activities, and adherence to quality and safety standards. **Main Responsibilities** \- Picking raw materials and supplies for production lines according to established orders. \- Supporting operational activities within manufacturing and packaging. \- Performing cleaning of areas, tools, and equipment per standard procedures. \- Clearing production lines and verifying in-process products. \- Reconciling production losses and managing materials. \- Completing logbooks and documentation in accordance with GMPs. \- Assisting in assembly and disassembly of production and packaging equipment. \- Strict compliance with safety, quality, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements. **Requirements:** Completed high school diploma or technical degree. Minimum 2 years’ recent experience in the pharmaceutical, food, or consumer goods industry. Proven experience in operational activities such as material picking, line support, industrial cleaning, and packaging. Experience working under Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Availability to rotate shifts. Experience in solid and powder processing. Experience with production or packaging equipment. Basic knowledge of SAP. **Profile** Responsible individual with strong adherence to rules and procedures. Accustomed to hands-on and physically demanding work. Detail-oriented and methodical in task execution. Capable of teamwork and following instructions. **Availability** Shift rotation is mandatory: 6:00 am to 3:00 pm 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm 10:00 pm to 6:00 am **We Offer** Competitive salary.
