Key coordination among operational departments and management **Job Objective:** To supply and manage project requirements through efficient execution of the procurement process for materials, tools, services, and supplies, serving as a key liaison among operational departments, warehouse, suppliers, and management. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage the complete procurement cycle: receive requisitions, obtain quotations, negotiate, issue purchase orders, and track deliveries. * Develop suppliers. * Coordinate with construction sites, warehouse, and management to address needs and urgent requests. * Control and document purchase orders, invoices, and payments in an organized and traceable manner. * Propose improvements, analyze costs, and generate control indicators. **Requirements:** * 2–3 years of procurement experience in the construction or industrial sector. * Experience handling purchase orders, quotations, and supplier negotiations. * Basic knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills; ERP experience preferred; Google Workspace proficiency. * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field. * Residence in Orizaba, Ver., or surrounding areas. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits.
