**Job Overview:** * Mold change according to schedule, if required. * Responsible for keeping machines running in good condition and producing high-quality parts. * Adjust permitted machine parameters to ensure part quality. * Start up machines according to the production schedule. * Monitor scrap levels on assigned machines (Bay). * Maintain machines operating at the established cycle time (BOM). * Keep machines clean and organized during the shift. * Address production needs related to part defects or changes. * Complete assigned departmental documentation (checklists, process sheets, etc.). * Adjust robots to extract parts from the machine. * Report any incidents related to the machine and/or mold. **Competencies:** * Basic knowledge of IATF/ISO standards. * Training in crane or forklift operation preferred. * Continuous learning. * Teamwork. * Results-oriented. * Completed technical degree in processes or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Process Technician. * In-depth knowledge of Haitian machines (Mandatory). * Experience in plastic injection molding companies.
