Position Summary: Gabali is seeking an experienced kitchen, pastry, and bakery leader to prepare dishes, desserts, and menu proposals. Key Highlights: 1. Leads the kitchen and develops seasonal menu proposals. 2. Coordinates staff and manages inventory. 3. Opportunity to engage in handicrafts and ceramic painting. Gabali is a space filled with plants, pots, and décor, scented with freshly brewed coffee and comforting breakfasts. We are looking for someone responsible for the kitchen, desserts, and bakery. Responsibilities include: \*Kitchen opening procedures. \*Preparation and supervision of bases, dishes, desserts, and baked goods. \*Development of seasonal menu, dish, and dessert proposals. \*Coordination of tasks and activities for assigned staff. \*Management of supplies and inventory. \*Cost control. \*Handicrafts and ceramic painting (during downtime).
