Standardize internal processes and improve workflows. Monitor operational indicators (timelines, rework, errors, complaints). Verify that case files comply with legal, tax, and administrative requirements. Prevent legal and operational risks through controls and validations. Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations. Supervise customer service and resolution of incidents. Intervene in sensitive cases or with dissatisfied customers.
