Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar position. Mandatory Requirements: · Coordination of medical supplies logistics · COFEPRIS regulations · Warehouse supervision Job Responsibilities: * Plan and coordinate product supply for commercialization. * Manage proper product storage (by customer, returns, deliveries). * Manage accurate information and documentation flow for invoice generation. * Coordinate transportation logistics for off-site events. * Conduct inventories at intervals established by the company. * Coordinate local and international delivery and pickup routes with external and internal couriers. * Prepare reports and analyses on movements, turnover, and inventories. * Supervise activities of personnel under management. * Knowledge of sanitary registrations and government tenders. * Track incidents occurring along delivery routes and within facilities. * Expense control. * Update policies and procedures. * Customer service and follow-up.
