Operational interaction and customer service **MENSCH MEXICO is looking for an Operational Driver in Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City** ------------------------------------------------------------------------ We are looking for an **Operational Driver** to work at a **Logistics company**. **Education:** Completed or incomplete high school diploma (minimum). **Experience:** 2 years in similar positions; experience in logistics companies is preferred. **Knowledge:** * Familiarity with the city and ability to plan goods delivery routes, * Loading, unloading, and reverse loading/unloading of goods to meet corresponding delivery objectives. * Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge to resolve operational mechanical issues such as tire changes, jump-starting vehicles, adjusting connections, wiper blade replacement, etc. * Operation of motor vehicles (motorcycle, car, SUVs\* Ton), Rabon, Torton), mobile phone, computer (basic level). **Requirements:** * Letters of recommendation (employment and personal). * Punctuality. * Availability for local and out-of-town travel for several days — to manage assigned deliveries. * Casual appearance. **Responsibilities:** * Transport and delivery of various goods. * Analysis of delivery instructions to meet objectives. * Read and understand cargo inventories. * Assemble orders for delivery. * Handle incoming and logging of operational calls, including some customer service calls to provide delivery status updates. * Manage operational schedule. * Administrative control for expense verification and petty cash. * Excellent customer service. **We Offer:** Salary: MXN 12,000 net + bonuses Per diems Statutory benefits **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
