Job Description: **A leading vehicle satellite tracking and location company**, specializing in GPS systems and fuel control, invites you to join its team as: **Monitoring Operator.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Knowledge of tracking platforms. * Knowledge of GPS. * Customer service and collaborative work. * Basic programming knowledge of GPS devices. **Requirements:** * **Education:** High school diploma in computer science, logistics and transportation, or related field. * **Age:** 22 to 35 years old. * **Gender:** No preference. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in customer service, GPS monitoring, and administrative tasks. **Knowledge:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Experience using ERP systems or web-based platforms (preferred). * GPS monitoring. **Skills:** * Effective communication. * Customer orientation. * Problem-solving. * Teamwork. **We Offer:** * **Salary:** $10,000 MXN per month, tax-free, with potential increase to $12,000 MXN. * **Benefits:** Statutory benefits from day one. * **Schedule:** Monday through Sunday, with one day off rotating among Thursday to Sunday, and three shifts: * Morning shift: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM * Afternoon shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM * Night shift: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM * Job stability and growth opportunities.
