Position Summary: We are seeking a Supervisor with welding experience and personnel management skills to schedule and supervise operations at a metallurgical plant, ensure progress compliance, and maintain communication with clients. Production scheduling and on-site work supervision METAL-MECHANICAL COMPANY REQUIRES **SUPERVISOR FOR WORKS WITHIN METALLURGICAL PLANT** **REQUIREMENTS:** Supervision of personnel, welding knowledge, measuring tools, welding machines, etc. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Schedule on-site work according to priorities agreed upon with the client. * Maintain close communication with workshop supervisors, plant supervisors, site representatives, and the client regarding upcoming work. * Review and approve requisitions for materials and consumables required for timely supply. * Verify that work progress is carried out according to the scheduled plan. * Monitor staffing levels at the plant to ensure adequate personnel availability for assigned tasks. * Ensure compliance with client requirements based on provided information. * Request drawings from clients for work execution. * Blueprint reading. **REQUIREMENTS:** **EDUCATION:** Industrial Engineering and/or Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety and Industrial Hygiene or related field.
