Ensuring compliance with GMP, food safety, and product quality **Objective:** Supervise and coordinate operational staff on walnut processing lines to ensure achievement of daily production, quality, and food safety targets through performance indicator monitoring and proper execution of established processes. **Main Responsibilities:** \-Supervise and coordinate daily productive process operations. \-Monitor and analyze key process indicators (KPIs), including: \*Process yield (%) \*Losses and waste \*Productivity per shift / line \*Production plan adherence \*Rejections and rework \*Personnel efficiency \-Identify KPI deviations and propose corrective actions. **\-** Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety, and product quality. \-Train new personnel on processes and basic standards. \-Identify training needs and report them to HR. \-Report personnel incidents (absences, tardiness, turnover). **\-** Prepare daily and weekly production and indicator reports. \-Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics departments to ensure uninterrupted process flow. Verify proper use of equipment, machinery, and tools. **Requirements** Education: **Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, or related field.** **Experience:** Minimum 2 years as supervisor or process lead in the food industry (preferably in walnuts, seeds, or grains). **Technical Knowledge:** Production KPI management and analysis Loss and yield control Food processing GMP, food safety, and quality Report and logbook preparation Position Type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $14,000.00 \- $17,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
