We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to work at the prominent CITY EXPRESS PLUS GUADALAJARA EXPO hotel. What do I need? \- Technical degree in Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Industrial Electricity, Control Technology, Mechanical Technology, or Electrical Technology (certified, recent graduate, or intern). \- Minimum two years’ verifiable experience in a similar position. \- Availability to work full-time Monday through Friday, plus Saturday mornings (weekend on-call duties required). Responsibilities: \- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all facilities. \- Maintain emergency power systems, electrical installations, air conditioning systems, water heaters, hydro-pneumatic systems, filtration systems, water treatment systems, and industrial washers and dryers. \- Maintain plumbing and sanitation systems. \- Maintain finishes (e.g., plastering, painting, etc.). \- Manage suppliers.
