Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant to maintain the hotel's appearance, support the Maintenance Management team, and ensure the proper functioning of facilities and equipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain the hotel's proper appearance and optimal functionality 2. Assist in maintenance implementation and fire suppression systems 3. Aquiles Serdán 386, Quirino Mendoza, Xochimilco, 16740 Mexico City, CDMX Currently, we are seeking a candidate for the role of Maintenance Assistant: \- Required technical knowledge: Drywall installation Electrical panel regulation Hydro-pneumatic system operation Color matching for painting \- Main responsibilities: 1\. Maintain the proper appearance of hotel areas. 2\. Assist the Maintenance Management team in ensuring proper vendor maintenance implementation to deliver efficient service. 3\. Support the Maintenance Manager in ensuring proper operation of fire suppression systems and power generation plant. 4\. Verify and correct reported defects in facilities and equipment. 5\. Measure and record daily energy consumption indicators. 6\. Maintain the hotel in optimal condition for guests and staff. 7\. Execute preventive maintenance processes on hotel equipment to ensure customer satisfaction. 8\. Execute preventive maintenance processes on hotel facilities to ensure their availability for hotel guests and staff.
