Key Responsibilities * Monitor tractor-trailer units in real time via GPS and satellite tracking systems. * Track routes, loading/unloading schedules, and deliveries precisely. * Detect route deviations and immediately report incidents. * Assist drivers to verify correct delivery execution. * Maintain constant communication with drivers to confirm their status and trip progress. * Prepare monitoring, timing, and incident reports. * Coordinate with external providers to unlock vehicles. * Thorough knowledge of the country’s geographic regions. * Report generation (Intermediate Excel proficiency) Requirements: * Completed or incomplete bachelor’s degree (preferably in logistics, engineering, administration, or related fields). * Minimum of **3 years’ experience in heavy freight transportation (mandatory).** * Familiarity with satellite tracking systems (proven GPS expertise mandatory). * Intermediate Excel and administrative reporting skills. * Availability to work rotating shifts.
