This is a fully remote, full\-time position open only to candidates located in **Latin America**. The ideal candidate has hands\-on experience in logistics, shipping, trucking, or dispatching and can work efficiently in a fast\-paced environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to coordinate shipments across multiple warehouses. **Responsibilities:** * Process and manage high\-volume shipments across multiple warehouses * Coordinate shipping with UPS and freight/trucking carriers * Track shipments and monitor delivery status * Send tracking information and shipment updates to customers * Communicate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate fulfillment * Forward completed shipment details to billing for invoicing * Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records * Resolve delivery issues or delays quickly and professionally **Requirements:** * **1\+ year of recent logistics experience** (shipping, trucking, dispatching, transportation, or marine logistics) * **Excellent English speaking skills** (native or near\-native preferred) * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Reliable, professional, and strong work ethic * Ability to work independently in a remote setting * Experience with logistics systems, inventory tools, or order management software * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel preferred) **Additional Information:** * **Latin America candidates only** * **Immediate interviews and fast hiring process** * Must be available to **start before the end of the year** * This is an **urgent hiring need** Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: $107\.72 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Experience: * Logistics : 1 year (Required) * Dispatching: 1 year (Required) Language: * advanced English (Required) Work Location: Remote
