




Job Summary: Responsible for managing reports, tracking claims, updating platforms, and controlling KPIs, with management of personnel under supervision. Key Highlights: 1. Combination of administrative and operational tasks Key Role Objectives * Generate the shift repair report. * Report delivery traceability for all Marketplaces. * Update the Odoo platform with the entry of returned products. * Enter and track claims to the various Marketplaces. * Generate performance reports and control area KPIs. * Monitor and manage personnel under supervision. * Direct communication with the various Marketplaces. Skills & Requirements * Basic knowledge of reverse logistics and customer service to carry out tasks and processes. * Ability to follow established reverse logistics and customer service instructions and procedures. * Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with other departments. * Ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and other departments. * Ability to learn and develop skills in reverse logistics and customer service. * Knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially EXCEL), ERP systems, and transportation (desirable) * Warehouse knowledge * Management of personnel under supervision (Mandatory) * Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office * Decision-making skills Work Format * 30% Administrative * 70% Operational Job Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 - $11,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
