Assist in food preparation. 2\. Ensure cleanliness and order in the dining area at all times. 3\. Serve diners at the service line. 4\. Assist in cleaning and maintaining the kitchen and equipment. 5\. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Requirements: 1\. Prior experience as a general dining room assistant or in a similar role. 2\. Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure. 3\. Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety. (H certification preferred) 4\. Ability to follow established instructions and protocols. 5\.
