Direct interaction with clients and in an industrial environment EngineAI is looking for a **Junior Industrial Engineer** for the administrative and industrial safety department, who will be responsible for process control, document tracking, plant access support, and direct client engagement. The position requires an organized, responsible individual with professional communication skills, capable of tracking administrative and operational information, as well as supporting the supervision of basic industrial safety guidelines. **Main Responsibilities:** * Control and tracking of administrative and operational processes * Data entry and updates in the **Odoo** system * Preparation and tracking of administrative and safety reports * Basic field supervision of safety and hygiene (PPE usage, orderliness, compliance with guidelines) * Review and validation of documentation for industrial plant access * Support for access to industrial client facilities such as Nestlé * Document control and archiving of evidence * Professional client service and interaction with internal staff * Support during audits, inspections, and incident follow-up **Requirements:** * Industrial Engineering degree (graduated or intern) * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience (professional internships accepted) * Basic–intermediate proficiency in Odoo or similar ERP systems * Basic knowledge of industrial safety * Excel proficiency * Clear communication and professional demeanor * **Professional appearance appropriate for a corporate and industrial environment** * Availability to enter industrial plants **We Offer:** * Monthly salary of **$10,000 to $12,000**, depending on experience * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Professional training and development * A professional environment within the industrial sector Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $10,000.00 – $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
